Test & Simulated modes are now one

Test and Simulated mode have been combined into a singular mode; Simulated.If a simulated vehicle is enabled, we will return data following the selected trip. If the simulated vehicle doesn’t support the requested endpoint, randomized data will be returned.If no simulated vehicle is enabled for, we will return data as if a simulated vehicle with “Day Commute” was selected. If the simuday commute doesn’t support the requested endpoint, randomized data will be returned.
